Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes sales reports and KPIs to determine business needs; partners with Store Manager to execute in-store strategies.
• Manages payroll, scheduling, and labor budget while ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Maintains brand standards, product knowledge, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Recruits, trains, and develops a high-performing store team; supports HR processes as needed.
