Five Below is seeking a store leader to drive exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will supervise crew, direct front-end merchandising, and ensure cleanliness and safety across the store.

Responsibilities include achieving customer service targets, opening/closing procedures, and stepping in for the store manager when needed, while recruiting and developing staff to uphold our standards.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking and composure under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to comply with laws.

Mansioni

• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Manage opening/closing, cleanliness, and stock room upkeep.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
• Perform store manager duties in the absence of the store manager.
