Job summary

Perry Ellis International, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Key Holder to support the Store Manager in running our retail location efficiently. You will help achieve sales goals, mentor the sales team, ensure replenishment, execute promotions, and maintain store presentation while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will participate in staffing decisions, train associates, and uphold company policies, ensuring a positive and productive store environment for customers and team members alike.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability; reliable transportation.
• Energetic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model for customers with the top priority on service quality.
• Help store achieve sales goals and monitor performance against plans.
• Ensure the store is replenished and promotions are executed per company directives.
• Maintain visual standards and appearance of the store.
• Support staffing decisions, train sales associates, and supervise staff.
• Communicate loss prevention incidents and store performance to leadership.
