Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model for customer service and store appearance.
• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and sales goals.
• Train and motivate sales associates to meet performance targets.
• Ensure merchandising, pricing and promotional changes follow company directives.
• Analyze sales performance and inventory trends to support planning.
