Job summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking a Supervisory Key Holder to support store operations and sales leadership in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work under the Store Manager to drive customer satisfaction, maintain visual standards, and ensure daily responsibilities are completed with accuracy and urgency.

The role emphasizes teamwork, training of sales associates, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Energetic and positive attitude.
• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Flexible availability; reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Customer service-oriented. (outgoing, friendly, and personable with a positive attitude)
• Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model for customers, ensuring top priority is customer needs.
• Support Store Manager in achieving sales and operational goals.
• Ensure store replenishment and execution of marketing/promotions.
• Train and supervise sales associates to meet standards.
• Participate in pricing strategies and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Communicate inventory opportunities and loss prevention to management.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to brand standards.
• Foster teamwork and effective communication across staff.
