Responsibilities

• Provide role model-level customer service and ensure customers are top priority.
• Support Store Manager in meeting sales goals and store operations.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure effective merchandising and inventory management.
• Assist with staffing planning and payroll guidance.
• Communicate loss prevention incidents to management.
• Support training and motivation of sales associates.
