Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations and sales management.

• Maintain visual standards and ensure store is well merchandised.
• Support staffing planning based on trends and payroll guidelines.
• Communicate loss prevention and operational updates to the manager.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet sales goals.
