Job summary

FIGS is seeking a Full-Time Community Hub Lead (Key Holder) at our Tysons store. You will be the face of the store, delivering an exceptional in-store experience while supporting store operations and leadership responsibilities.

You will train, coach, and mentor teammates, assist with cash wrap and safety procedures, and help drive sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding in-store shopping experience.
• Assist with opening/closing, inventory, and merchandising.
• Lead and mentor team members; act as Manager-on-Duty when needed.
• Maintain safety, loss prevention, and cash-handling procedures.
