Job summary

Jockey seeks a Sales Lead (Key Holder) for our Williamsburg, VA location to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store performance. You will support opening/closing duties, coach team members, and promote promotions while guiding guests to the right products.

The role emphasizes timely transactions, merchandising, cash handling, and safeguarding assets in a fast-paced retail environment. Part-time position with PTO and discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service following service principles.
• Assist in achieving store goals and maximize sales.
• Provide management assistance with opening and closing of store.
• Perform sales and register transactions accurately.
• Assist with merchandising and stock organization.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Management.
