Job summary

FIGS is seeking a Part-Time Community Hub Lead (Key Holder) for our Tysons store. You will be the face of FIGS, delivering an engaging in-store shopping experience and supporting store operations.

This role reports to the Store Manager and requires strong customer service, product knowledge, and leadership within a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include opening/closing, assisting with inventory, achieving daily sales goals, and training staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English required; conversational Spanish a plus.
• Basic retail math and computer skills; Shopify POS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in conversations about FIGS’ brand and mission.
• Educate customers on products, highlighting fabric, fit, and function.
• Assist customers with finding the right style, size, and color, suggesting complementary products.
• Anticipate customer needs and deliver an exceptional FIGS experience.
• Support all cash wrap activities (purchases, returns, exchanges).
• Assist with opening and closing the store.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels.
• Participate in inventory management and reporting.
• Track sales to meet daily goals.
• Support in-store events and initiatives.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members as needed.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty when required.
• Uphold safety, loss prevention, and cash-handling procedures.
