Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Exceed revenue targets and build relationships through Brand Experience standards and in-person/virtual shopping appointments.
• Experience Leader: Lead experience standards in stores and coach development.
• Customer Relationship Management: Use CRM tools to maintain client profiles and drive connection and revenue.
• Human Resources: Support Store Manager with coaching, development and policy adherence.
• Operations: Control expenses, complete tasks timely, adhere to Loss Prevention and shipping guidelines.
