Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have own reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product portfolio and options that meet their needs.
• Handle cash, process loans/check cashing and related transactions per policy.
• Answer calls and assist customers, escalating when needed to manager or corporate.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Balance cash, verify information, and complete customer verifications as required.
• Travel to stores within the district as needed.
