Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador in Montgomery, AL.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, promote our product portfolio, and ensure regulatory compliance in daily operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations, and corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications and requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Provide professional, accurate responses to customers and ensure they feel supported and valued.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and resolve complaints.
• Handle and count currency and manage cash drawer, deposits, and related tasks.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Verify customer information and process all transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend) per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures; complete trainings.
