The role emphasizes customer education, sales, cash handling, and adherence to policies in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include retail operations, banking deposits, and staff support across a district.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on products and services to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process applications or requests.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections in line with regulations.
• Maintain professional and supportive customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash, balance batches, and assist with deposits and bank pickups.
• Process transactions accurately per policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Complete compliance trainings and adhere to company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
