Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Store Associate in Burlington, WA. You will deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience and assist customers in finding items while contributing to a clean, organized store environment.

You’ll engage customers in rewards programs, help enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards, and support omni‑channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Regular shifts may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly check out experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and safety in a climate controlled environment.
