Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Burlington, WA is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Service Team Member to help customers find products, deliver a fast and friendly checkout, and contribute to a well stocked, well merchandised store. You will engage shoppers, enroll them in rewards programs where appropriate, and support daily store operations.

Duties include truck unloading, stocking, planogram compliance, maintaining store recovery, and participation in safety and loss prevention programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and process cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
• Support Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
