Job summary

Michaels Stores in Burlington, NJ is hiring a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unload, stocking, planograms, and store recovery while maintaining stock and presentation to support our brand promises.

Responsibilities include assisting with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and recovery to meet brand promises.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
