Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver the Michaels brand promises.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find what they’re looking for.
• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
• Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
• Move equipment and products for cleaning and return to correct placement.
• Clean assigned areas with specified materials and equipment.
• Prepare cleaning solutions as needed.
• Deep clean key store areas to maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and staff.
• Notify supervisor of supply needs in advance for replenishment.
• Seeks out areas needing cleaning and takes initiative to complete tasks.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
