Job summary

Michaels Stores in Burlington, WA is seeking a Store Associate to uphold a high standard of cleanliness and customer service. You’ll help customers find products, maintain store presentation, and perform routine cleaning tasks to keep the shopping environment inviting.

Additional duties include cash handling at checkout, engaging customers about rewards and credit programs, supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store, stocking, and following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop the store and find what they’re looking for.
• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards.
