Niemann Foods is seeking a Store Director for The Ace Store in Missouri to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure superior customer service. You will develop associates, manage payroll and expenses, and oversee inventory, receiving, and merchandising to maintain store standards.

The role requires leadership, strong people skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic retail environment while adhering to store policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Knowledge of retail computer systems, Word and Excel a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by ensuring customers are acknowledged and needs are met.
• Hire, train and develop retail staff with goals for growth and success.
• Perform bookkeeping and payroll functions.
• Control shrink and expenses.
• Coordinate supervision of retail staff to meet goals and follow procedures.
• Oversee inventory, receiving, and merchandising; ensure accuracy.
• Direct shipping, receiving and inventory flow for the store.
• Forecast schedules to meet demand and create work schedules.
• Delegate workload to meet merchandising and visual standards.
• Report competition activity and provide recommendations.
