Job summary

Niemann Foods in Bloomington, MN is seeking an ACE Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Director in delivering exceptional customer care, controlling costs, and driving sales through merchandising and inventory discipline.

You will lead a small team, train associates, monitor operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards while building strong community relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of hardware-related products preferred.
• 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of retail computer systems, Word and Excel a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by ensuring all customers are acknowledged and needs are met.
• Controls shrink, expenses and labor.
• Ensures merchandise stock levels and presentations across departments.
• Assists in evaluating and responding to performance issues.
• Trains and develops store associates under Store Director guidance.
• Processes information and merchandise through computer system and POS; assists with stocking and back stock.
