Job summary

The Ace Store Director at Niemann Foods in Saint Peters, MO leads daily store operations to deliver superior customer service, drive sales and manage expenses. You will motivate teams, monitor performance, and ensure safety and regulatory adherence. The role requires hands-on leadership and a passion for the hardware business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with hardware knowledge.
• At least 2 years of retail management experience and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with store computer systems and Microsoft Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by engaging customers and resolving issues quickly.
• Hire, train, and develop Associates with growth goals.
• Perform bookkeeping and payroll functions as needed.
• Control expenses, labor, and shrinkage to protect margins.
• Oversee inventory management, receiving, and merchandising standards.
• Schedule staff to meet customer demand and sales targets.
• Ensure safety and legal compliance; represent Niemann Foods in the community.
• Coordinate communication to achieve policy compliance and reporting accuracy.
