Niemann Foods is seeking an ACE Assistant Store Manager in Missouri to support the Store Director in delivering exceptional customer care and optimizing profitability. The role emphasizes merchandising, cost control, and inventory management across departments.

The candidate will help supervise 3–4 associates, train staff, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining safety standards and welcoming community presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Possess knowledge of hardware related products.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Knowledge of retail computer systems, Word and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by ensuring customers are acknowledged and needs met.
• Controls shrink, expenses, and labor.
• Maintains proper merchandise stock levels and presentations; ensures selling floor is stocked.
• Assists in evaluating performance issues and training store team.
• Operates POS and computer systems and supports stocking and displays.
