The role requires strong leadership, merchandising and people development skills, with responsibility for department performance, staffing, and safety across all center-store areas in Illinois.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training or equivalent.
• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze trends and implement plans to maximize sales.
• Ensure stock levels and planograms across departments.
• Oversee department operations and staff scheduling.
