Niemann Foods seeks an ACE Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Director in driving sales and delivering excellent customer care. You will help manage inventory, merchandising, and expenses while leading a team on a busy retail floor.

Ideal candidates have hardware product knowledge, solid communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility in hours and a commitment to store safety and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of hardware-related products beneficial.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Knowledge of retail computer systems; Word/Excel a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by ensuring all customers are acknowledged and assisted.
• Control shrink, expenses and labor costs.
• Maintain proper merchandise stock levels and presentations on the floor.
