Qualifications

• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English.
• Able to stand and walk for long shifts.
• Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Loss Prevention reporting and applications (Lane Hawk, Smart Store) to identify and minimize loss.
• Detect and apprehend customers, associates, and vendors for theft in a professional manner following policy and law.
• Represent the company in criminal actions resulting from apprehensions.
• Participate in special investigations as assigned.
• Maintain security standards and report abnormal customer behavior to management.
