Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift.

• Ability to travel to multiple store locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Detect and apprehend individuals for theft in a professional manner.
• Use loss prevention tools to identify shrink and protect assets.
• Represent the company in actions related to investigations.
• Coordinate investigations with Store Management and Loss Prevention.
• Maintain security protocols and safety standards throughout the shift.
• Provide prompt customer assistance and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
