H&M is seeking a Department Supervisor in Utah to lead the department and support store sales and profit goals. You will ensure top customer experience, maintain visual and commercial standards, and drive loyalty and sustainability initiatives.

You’ll work with the Department Manager and store teams to promote products and deliver excellent service. You will mentor teammates, handle daily store operations, and stay aligned with legal requirements and H&M policies.
