Job summary

H&M is seeking a Department Supervisor in Texas to help meet sales and profit goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a team to execute visual, commercial, and service standards, while promoting sustainability initiatives and the Hello Member loyalty app.

Responsibilities

• Support the total OMNI customer experience in-store according to global guidelines
• Promote and sell products; be the face of the H&M brand in customer interactions
• Identify commercial opportunities and work with the Department Manager to act on them
• Ensure customer service is provided across all areas and promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Maintain fitting room and checkout routines including transactions, returns and exchanges
• Handle admin routines for people and operations accurately
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and train the team on product knowledge
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandiser team; give and receive feedback
• Open and close the store daily, maintain BOH areas and stock levels
