Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, drive a service culture, and help grow the Total Wine brand in our Wesley Chapel location. You will report to store management and lead team members to deliver best-in-class service and achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities include coaching peers, ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations, managing POS and inventory tasks, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years in retail supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations; drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service; lead by example and resolve issues.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
