Total Wine & More in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to grow the brand by delivering best-in-class service and a distinctive world of beverages for our customers. You will support store operations and help build a sales and service culture to expand our customer base and profitability, reporting to the Store Manager.

You will lead a team, recruit and train staff, manage payroll, inventory, and merchandising, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory role in retail.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team; develop product knowledge and sales skills.
• Support day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving customer issues.
• Help maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
