Job summary

Total Wine & More in Florida seeks a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture for a distinctive world of adult beverages and more. You will lead service teams, coach staff, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.

The role emphasizes mentoring peers, delivering best-in-class service, and maintaining safety and store standards. A flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail supervisory experience.
• 1+ year of proven supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and creating a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol sale laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
