Job summary

Stop & Shop in Hartford, CT is seeking a motivated Customer Service Manager to lead Front End, Online Pick-up and Cash Office operations and drive service excellence. You will recruit, hire and nurture talent, monitor performance, and ensure safety and compliance while achieving sales and profit targets.

Qualifications

1-3 years supervisory or leadership experience in retail grocery.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of work experience.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Customer Service departments including Front End, Online Pick-up and Cash Office.
Meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
Recruit, hire and orient new hires, maintaining talent within the department.
Develop and evaluate training completion and performance for team members.
Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion and engage associates.
