Job summary

Stop & Shop in Rocky Hill, CT seeks a highly motivated Customer Service Manager to drive excellence across Front End, Online Pick-up and Cash Office. You will lead daily operations, ensure sales and profit targets are met, and uphold sanitation and safety standards.

You'll recruit, hire and orient new team members, develop a diverse workforce, and foster an inclusive culture while delivering best-in-class customer service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory or leadership experience in retail grocery
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred) or equivalent years of work experience
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
