Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily Operations of the Customer Service departments including Front End, Online Pick-up and Cash Office.
• Recruit, hire and orient new hires; manage associate performance and development.
• Foster diversity and inclusion; engage and retain associates with a positive work environment.
• Monitor labor relations to ensure compliance with policies and laws; resolve issues promptly.
• Drive customer service excellence and ensure well-stocked, clean stores; monitor KPI trends.
