Binny's Beverage Depot in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Customer Service Manager to support the General Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations. You will motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain service standards.

This role requires 1–2 years of retail management, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage schedules, train staff, and drive sales while ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail management experience; demonstrates supervisory and coaching skills.
• Full-time availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with staff and customers.
• Ability to count cash and operate store systems; attention to detail.
• Able to pass alcohol training and obtain current certification.
• Able to repeatedly lift 40–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Motivate staff to achieve store goals and enhance service culture.
• Lead by example in customer service and sales growth.
• Conduct new employee orientations and staff coaching.
• Assist in hiring and scheduling to optimize payroll.
• Oversee merchandising, promotions, pricing and signage accuracy.
