Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Customer Service Manager for the Baseline Store (Power & Baseline) in Mesa, AZ. The role leads the sales floor operations, drives daily goals, and coaches a team of Retail Sales Associates to deliver exceptional donor and customer service.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. The position requires at least 1 year of retail management and customer service experience, with a HS diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in retail management.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the sales floor and achieve store goals.
• Lead and develop Retail Sales Associates; provide coaching.
