Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Training to lead Store operations at Baseline Store in Mesa. The role oversees the Production Team, Donation Attendants, and store performance, with a focus on people leadership, financial management, donations, and customer service.

The position offers a starting pay of $70,000 per year and eligibility for a monthly bonus after training.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve goals.
• Leads Assistant Store Manager, Production Team, and Donation Attendants.
• Manage payroll and operating costs.
• Ensure excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Oversee donation processing and product display per standards.
• Collaborate with district manager on strategic plans.
• Ensure store is clean and reflects Goodwill brand.
• Serve as a community ambassador of Goodwill.
