Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee the sales floor, drive performance against daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals, and lead a team of Retail Sales Associates. You will mentor staff, manage operations, and ensure excellent donor and customer service while upholding Goodwill standards.

The role requires prior retail leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to store needs, with responsibilities including

Qualificações

• One year of work experience in Retail Management (preferred).
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

• Oversee daily operations of the sales floor to meet goals for profit, revenue, and production.
