We are more than just a Parts Store and are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Automotive Parts Specialist, you are the “face of the retail store” and the go-to person when customers enter our stores for automotive needs. You don’t need to be able to tear down engines (though it’s a plus), but a background in automotive parts is essential. This role offers a great opportunity whether you want to build a career as a Parts Specialist, work full or part-time, or explore other careers with us. We welcome all applicants!

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing auto parts answers and solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
• Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge
• Delivering outstanding customer care and interactions
• Bringing energy and customer focus to our fast-paced stores
• Welcoming and engaging retail customers to ensure a positive experience
• Using technology (computer, cash register, phone, catalog systems)

What You’ll Need

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED; technical/trade courses are a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Enjoy fast-paced retail environments
• Good listening skills and empathy for customers

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

• Background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership
• Experience in cataloging or inventory management systems
• Customer-centric attitude
• ASE Certifications (a plus but not required)
