We are more than just a Parts Store and are seeking talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers seeking automotive parts and advice. You don’t need to be an expert in tearing down engines—though that’s a plus—but a background in automotive parts is helpful. This role offers a great opportunity whether you want to build a career as a Parts Specialist, work full- or part-time, or explore other career paths within our company.

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing auto parts solutions and answers to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
• Assisting team members with customer inquiries using your parts knowledge
• Delivering outstanding customer service and interactions
• Maintaining a customer-focused and energetic store environment
• Welcoming customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs

What You’ll Need

• Strong listening skills and empathy for customers

• Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership industries
• Experience with cataloging or inventory management systems
