We are looking for passionate individuals to become part of our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. Prior automotive parts knowledge is preferred but not mandatory—willingness to learn is key.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Assist retail and wholesale customers with auto parts questions in person and over the phone
2. Support team members with product knowledge
3. Provide outstanding customer service
4. Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience
5. Utilize technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs

What You’ll Need

1. Valid Driver’s License
2. Experience in auto parts or automotive industry, or willingness to learn
3. High School Diploma or GED
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
6. Good listening skills and empathy for customers

Preferred Qualifications

1. Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm, marine, or dealership industries
2. Experience in parts stores, auto body, or retail
3. Knowledge of inventory systems or cataloging
4. Customer-centric attitude
5. ASE Certifications (a plus)
