As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. No extensive mechanical skills are required, but a background in automotive parts is beneficial. What You Will Be Doing

Providing auto parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge
Delivering outstanding customer service and engaging positively with customers
Maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused environment
Welcoming customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs

What You’ll Need

Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries
Experience with cataloging and inventory management systems
Customer-centric mindset
ASE Certifications are a plus but not required
