We are more than just a Parts Store, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. No need to be able to tear down engines—though that’s a plus—but a background in automotive parts is helpful. This role offers a great opportunity whether you want to build a career as a Parts Specialist, work full or part-time, or explore other career paths within us.

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing auto parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
• Using your parts knowledge to assist team members and answer customer questions
• Delivering outstanding customer care and interactions
• Bringing customer focus and energy to our fast-paced stores
• Welcoming customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Using technology, cash registers, telephones, and catalog systems

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade courses are a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Good listening skills and empathy for customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion or background in automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership
• Experience with cataloging or inventory systems
• Customer-centric mindset
• ASE Certifications (a plus)
