• Coordinate preparation of contracts, purchase orders, and requisitions for Food Lion work.
• Oversee change orders, budget updates, and cost reporting to keep projects on track.
• Review ARCH/MEP drawings for compliance with standards and codes; provide value engineering feedback.
• Plan and monitor construction schedules, milestones, and turnover for store openings.
