Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years in construction industry; store project experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel weekly; NC/SC/VA residence acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding, awarding, and contract processes for Food Lion-contracted projects.
• Oversee budgets, change orders, requisitions, and vendor payments.
• Coordinate with GC/CMs, developers, and suppliers to meet schedules and specs.
• Review ARCH/MEP redlines for conformance to prototype standards and codes.
• Lead weekly project meetings and ensure timely store openings.
