Responsibilities

• Lead bidding and contracting processes with GC's, CM's, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and phasing.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Real Estate, Operations and other stakeholders on plans and handoffs.
• Oversee budget, change orders, and requisitions to ensure cost control.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, prototype standards, and quality requirements.
