Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house and part of the Tapestry family, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead store construction projects from kickoff to turnover and opening. You will collaborate with design, store operations and procurement to ensure quality, schedule and budget compliance across multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong construction knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects from AOR Kickoff through Store Opening, Turnover and Project Closeout.
• Drive project execution while ensuring alignment with objectives, brand standards, budgets and timelines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery through all project phases.
• Conduct Landlord Kickoff meetings to understand site conditions, fit-out requirements and expectations.
• Review and redline design and construction drawings prior to submissions.
• Coordinate with Purchasing during bidding and delivery to support PO issuance and SBO delivery.
