Job summary

Tapestry is seeking a Director, Americas Store Planning and Construction to lead a regional team responsible for Coach stores from definition through opening and closeout.

You will partner with Architecture, Visual Merchandising, Finance and operations to ensure timely, on-budget execution aligned with PMO governance and opening requirements across the U.S., Canada, and South America.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in retail architecture and construction across multiple geographies.
• Experience leading and developing Senior Project Managers and Project Managers.
• Experience delivering projects within PMO schedule governance and budget controls.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Coach construction delivery team across the United States, Canada, South America, Wholesale and Travel Retail.
• Direct planning and construction of stores, renovations, relocations and enhancements from handoff to opening.
• Establish portfolio delivery priorities and align with integrated schedule and opening requirements.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety compliance and contractor performance.
• Oversee budget controls, scope management and risk mitigation.
• Provide leadership in feasibility budgeting and cost partnerships.
