Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management.
• 4+ years in store planning/design/construction for expanding retail stores.
• Experience in the Luxury market.
• Experience collaborating with vendors and consultants in North America.
• Willing to travel ~35% and proficient with MS Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of retail and trade projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with Store Design, Procurement, IT and Ops across teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and change orders throughout lifecycle.
• Review drawings, conduct page turns, and manage systems like Unifier and PlanGrid.
• Handover store to Retail with defect-free quality; travel to site visits as needed.
• Maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, designers and internal stakeholders.
